Spider Remote Input Module

Halytech Remote Input Module, RIM, is an input expansion module for the Spider.  It is ideal for utility meter monitoring in residential, commerical and industrial applications.

The RIM

• connects to 16 pulse meters with tamper detection or 32 without
• monitors pulse devices such as water, gas and electrictiy meters.
• contects to a Spider via a RS-485 bus
• has battery backup in the case of power failure

A single Spider can connect to 10 RIM modules to monitor up to 320 inputs.
